Sometimes God provides the art

For some reason, there is a wild turkey living in the parking lot of the Homeland Security Office next to the Staten Island Ferry. I don't know why.

NECKFACE uncovered

A rare extant NECKFACE with famous logo. I hypothesize that since he went studio, he erased all of his outside work. This was on the back of a roadsign that had, until last week, a temporary sign over it.

Another CLAW reshoot: the full-kit CLAW

CLAW with accompanying JC and 17, a bold statememnt of the empowerment of women.

Reshoot of CLAW with my thumb off the lens

This is with a better disposable camera!

FAILE unrequited

FAILE gets born again as their mother watches

FAILE gets born again: Indicia of the divine

It's in the details.

Traces of FAILE

Indications that FAILE was on the prowl, gracing this side of the pond with their blazing talent.

The Biggest Post-Up

Was this actually cut out of a billboard somewhere? I mean, is there a real poster missing a piece overlooking some trendy marketing dempgraphic nexus?

Fortuna, Imperatrix Mundi, and Friend

Rulers of the universe under the 59th Street Viaduct

Teach these little bastards how to do an architrave

Good dragon, waste of an opportunity to show off.

Philosophy Under a Viaduct in Woodside

The text says" "I can't get high no more cause I don't have a ladder."

Let's Make a Deal

Door number 1, door number 2, door number 3.

The Heavy-Duty Graffitimobile

This is the one for wandering far in search of art.

The Last Tag

I think this says it all about graffiti.

Hackneyed, cliched, grandstanding

But only the finest hackneyed, cliched and grandstanding work!

More Finally Identified Flying Objects

Possibly the oldest extant UFO 97, and definitely the best.

A Study in Black, White and Grey

Inside the Manhatan vaulted archway of the Manhattan Bridge.

Was Matisse Tagging up Williamsburg?

Or did Matisse learn to cut paper from this guy?

Detail: Drawing with Scissors

It's hard to believe a few well selected cuts can reveal such emotion and expression in a face.

The Matrix Structure Beneath the Surface of Art

Under the art, the beams, jousts and supports that hold it up.

Just a little red lighthouse

Sometimes I see things that aren't graffiti.

FAILEure

These people (there are three of them) are supposed to be hot; I'm not yet sure why. Nice doggie.

The doors of his face, the sharpies of his mouth

Hommages to LA II? Perhaps. But doorways leading somewhere.

UFO Lands on East River Bridge

An alien, which I had thought was a squid, UFO 97. The Williamsburg (ungalvanized) Bridge bicycle path, apparently a graffiti-okay zone. Note the Haring-like space ships.

An LA II in-situ on Essex Street

I may have walked or biked by this a thousand times without noticing what it was -- a now-rare outside LA II, the door of the Outlaw Art Museum, 161 Essex Street.

LA II: It's the details

What makes an LA II an LA II. No one else that wasted is going to spend this much time on the details.

Fresh Butcher Paper Post-up

This is Rivington Street near Forsyth. A piece of the brown paper, painted, was about half a block away, so this may still be fresh.
